Cancellation Policy

Cancel your order in full within 48 hours of purchase at no cost.

For prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to your original payment source within 7 working days. After 24 hours the order has entered production and can no longer be cancelled.

 

Order Modifications

Within the same 24 hours you can change your order in terms of resizing, or adding and adjusting pieces.


15 Day Money Back policy

The customer service and satisfaction are important to us. Still in case of wrong sizes, wrong metal color or wrong stone colors, you may return us the order within 15 days. 

The piece must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with its tag, original packaging, invoice and certification intact. Return shipping is arranged by you and at your cost; please use an insured courier and wait for our confirmation before sending.

Once received and verified by our Quality assurance Department, the refund is credited to your original payment source within 7 working days.


Lifetime exchange

The 100% of current gold and diamond value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges, discounts and govt taxes will be adjusted towards new purchases. This remains valid for a lifetime and can be used to purchase anything on our physical stores.

 

Lifetime buy-back

If you choose to return the product for buyback, you get 100% of current gold and diamond values. As the quality assurance validates the product, the entire value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges, discounts and govt taxes will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the product.

 

What we cannot accept

  • Pieces altered, resized or repaired by anyone other than Viera
  • Pieces returned without the original invoice and certification
  • Personalised and engraved pieces, including name and initial jewellery
  • Pieces worn beyond trying on, or damaged

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the final exchange or buy-back value.
