Free shipping across India
Shipping is free on every order within India, with no minimum order value. Every piece travels fully insured with our logistics partner, and shipping availability is confirmed against your pincode at checkout.
Delivery time
Every Viera piece is made to order. Depending on the piece, expect 10 to 20 days from order confirmation to dispatch, then 5–7 days in transit.
We'll keep you updated by email and WhatsApp throughout — and you can message us on WhatsApp at +91 88516 04538 at any point for an update on where your piece is.
Tracking your order
Once your piece is dispatched, we'll send you tracking details by email and WhatsApp. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging in.
No minimum order value
There's no minimum or maximum. Order any Viera piece.
Payment
We accept major Indian and international credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express along with net banking and UPI, processed through secure payment gateways. Payments are taken in INR.
If a parcel is lost in transit
In the unlikely event that a shipment goes missing, we'll trace it with our logistics partner for 15 days. If it can't be recovered in that time, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
If a parcel arrives damaged
Please check the packaging for damage or tampering before you accept or sign for the delivery. If anything looks wrong, photograph it and send it to us on WhatsApp or email straight away. We'll arrange the return and replacement ourselves, at our cost.
PAN card requirement on orders above ₹2 lakh
Indian law requires a PAN card for purchases above ₹2,00,000. For orders over that value you'll be asked to enter your PAN number and upload a copy before payment can proceed.
The billing name must match the name on the PAN card, or verification will fail and we won't be able to dispatch the order.
